Barack Obama's amazingly consistent smile from Eric Spiegelman on Vimeo.
From the Video's creator:
Ladies and gentlemen, your President is a robot. Or a wax sculpture. Maybe a cardboard cutout. All I know is no human being has a photo smile this amazingly consistent.(h/t: The Daily What)
On Wednesday, the Obamas hosted a reception at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, during which they stood for 130 photographs with visiting foreign dignitaries in town for the UN meeting. The President has exactly the same smile in every single shot. See for yourself — the pictures are up on the State Department’s flickr. And, of course, compressed into 20 seconds for your viewing pleasure

Romanian Girl* Strips Kirk Cameron of His So-Called God-Given Liberties to be a Douche
*Actually, "ZOMGitsCriss" is not a girl. She's a "a shooting star leaping through the skies...a rocket ship on (her) way to Mars ...a satellite, (she is) out of control." Well, whatever she is, she certainly has a way with a vlog.

Not All Twitterers Are Twits
The IT Crowd creator twits to "help stop rightwingers in the US slagging off the NHS":
The campaign has drawn acknowledgement from Gordon Brown, who tweeted that the "NHS often makes the difference between pain and comfort, despair and hope, life and death", his wife Sarah Brown, and a host of comedians including Stephen Fry and Dara O'Briain.Definitely delightful Graham. Well done.
But the most heartwarming messages of support - posted with the #welovetheNHS hashtag that allows the website to group the posts together - have come from members of the general public.
Bigtitch wrote: "Neighbour - got cancer - radiotherapy, home visits, nurses, dietitians, physios - 3 years later still alive and not bankrupt" while Harriet Crosse posted: "Scary operation in middle of dissertation year at uni. Away from home/family. Nurses amazing. So kind. I’ll never forget". Yorkshire Len’s experience of the service was simply: "Time from mother being diagnosed with breast cancer to successful removal of tumour - 5 days."
